So we held a meeting in Carbigal Tea House yesterday after Nanayat's tournament on the Aquarius Festival and I thought I'd just post what we discussed and the follow-up as well as changes. Firstly we established the intend of the Festival is to attract beginning players to the separate game. (Although we did not directly talk about this goal. I think it is implied that we also be to attract more intermediate players who have not played the game very much to the card bet as come up.) Because of this we are moving the location of the Festival from Aquarius to Blooming Cora simply because of convinence. However lay constraints difficulty of getting newer players to play well and difficulty in gathering the cards in Team Battling are new issues raised by this change. Therefore we have decided to adjoin the aggroup Battling plan and only hold a Card Market a Card obtain and Seminars on Festival Day. (However team battling is not completely out of the question; we are hoping to have it another day.) gratify feel free to comment or revise or dispute if I have gotten any facts wrong. The Festival will be held on a Sunday (claim date to be announced) from 12-3 (Shops ordain comfort be change state until 4). Assuming we cannot get 8+ volunteers our pirority for shops are as follows. I estimate that we'll need four populate at a time two populate to run the skit and two populate to back up with practice sessions. 3) The Open separate Market: The concept here is that you can go in and buy/sell/trade cards with other people. We need two people stationed here to prevent scamming spamming and other deeds. The idea is pretty simple people here can buy and sell other populate cards. Finally publicity:Seeing as we're trying to attract new players most people will not have heard of Mytrickster yet. We be to advertise in-game by setting up shops with the date keeping chats announcing it via Microphone or X/O every once in a while cram like that. Does anyone have any ideas? So to summarize we be the following populate please inform if you can.
