Here is the story. April and I met in Kindergarten in Wallace Elementary in Kelso. Her mom was a nurse and I was getting tubes put in my ears and we met again and from then on we were inseparable. Sleep overs and getting into trouble was our thing. In 2003 she gave birth to a beautiful baby boy then disaster struck. She was diagnosed with IBC or Inflammatory Breast Cancer- she was 21. She went into remission and a few months later the cancer came back in her bones. We all knew she couldn't beat that. On August 26. 2004 she died.
