EXT. – Cliffs of Golden Gate Park – Early Morning – Pre Dawn(The Fog has rolled into the San Francisco Bay and is crawling its way across the Golden Gate Bridge as the camera slowly zooms out into the threshold of Golden Gat Park. Flames billow into the frame as we rear up on the head of a horse. But not any horse a Night-Mare. Its mane hooves tail and eyes billow what could be the very flames of hell lapping the air as it eats away at the oxygen around it. Three cloaked figures sit upon these horses. All lined up side by side evenly spaced apart. The horse’s flaming tails swishing here and there. Suddenly a fourth cloaked figure riding the same horse gallops up from behind. The horse whinny’s and the other three using their reins turn to face the fourth.)Figure#1: Is everything ready?Figure#4: It is done. No matter what the new found Youngers shall not be able to thwart us in our plans. Figure#1: That is very good news indeed.(The first figure pulls back his hood and it is now that we can see as the dawn slowly makes its way over the horizon of the city that the robe is red. The others join as well. The other robes are black green and gold. The red-cloaked figure turns away from the others and rides his horse to the cliff’s edge.)Figure#2: When will it take place?Figure#1: Soon my brother. Very very soon. Figure#4: Three shall fall one will rise…Figure#3: We must be careful how we go about all this. Any false move could alert them. Figure#4: Did you not hear me?! The Youngers will not be able to stop it no matter how hard they try!Figure#3: I only stress caution as to the dangerous tactics we will be facing to accomplish our mission. Figure#1: And its that caution that will aid us as it did not our predecessors eight years ago.(He clasps a hand onto Figure#3’s shoulder in a humble brotherly way. The four figures all line the edge of the cliff the camera close ups pans them from right to left - gold green red black.)Figure#1: Today will go down in history. I guarantee you that. Figure#2: But how can we be sure our plans will succeed? They have failed in the last eight years. We can only be so lucky-Figure#1: That we were never vanquished. Yes. I am aware brother. Figure#3: We may have failed in the past converting Balthazar back to the Brotherhood of the Thorn and Attempting to Persuade the Charmed ones into the Utopia-Figure#2: Ah yes conflict would have regained and by then all of the mortal world would have been ours to reign. Figure#1: And need I remind you had we made sure the pathetic lower leveled buffoons would not attempt at bringing back Zankou it may have worked!Figure#4: That was a mistake in of its own even for him. Figure#1: But it led the way for the Abyss to swallow up the Underworld whole. That was a mistake for those fools Ludovic and the Old Woman… But enough about the past we are creating a new future. Tonight the Underworld returns.(The Red cloaked figure pulls back on the reigns of his Night-Mare and it kicks up onto his rear legs and whinny’s an unearthly shriek. The figure pulls his hood back up and dives over the edge of the cliff into a sweeping speed as the horse gallops off into another plane of existence taking his rider with him. The rest repeat this and follow the same path to the next plane. Looking up from the edge of the cliff a woman enters the frame standing at the edge of the cliff. The sun light suddenly cast a burning hue upon her. Her hair is whipping into the Bay winds. She looks both confused and intrigued. She gazes out across the bay and takes in the scene.)Forbidden Witch : The Underworld?END OF TEASER-Opening Credits-ACT ONESong: American Hi-Fi – The Art of Losing(Opening montage of San Francisco Bay scenes blend into each other very little of the interior city is shown as the camera suddenly lifts up at hyper speeds and we enter clouds and mist. The mist swirls around us and we begin to see shapes of whitelighters walking around hurriedly. We spot the Charmed Ones over looking into a large misty globe. Within the heavenly mist swirls images of the city. They watch the demonic activity and disturbances begin to take force)Whitelighter: Another disturbance has been reported not even a mile from your home. Piper: Great just great. As if we didn’t have enough going on. I better call Leo and have him check on the kids. Phoebe: Sweetie the boys are both at Magic School they’re fine. Piper: I guess you’re right… Okay um so do we have any idea what’s causing this?Whitelighter: Not that we know at this time. But there is something familiar about it. Piper: You’re right like this isn’t the first time this has happened before. Phoebe: Well it has to be something powerful; otherwise our alerts wouldn’t be going haywire like they did at four this morning.(Phoebe yawns as she finishes her sentence; it’s partly genuine and partly to make a point.)Whitelighter: Yes again my apologies for waking you all so early. Phoebe: Oh no its fine it’s great!Piper: So what are the events so far telling us?Whitelighter: Considering the number of them and how they have been occurring more and more it would appear to be some sort of chaos demon. Piper: But what demon can create this kind of chaos? I mean they have no Underworld; there’s nothing of real great demonic power left. Phoebe: Never say never it always comes back to bite us in the ass. Piper: Yeah don’t remind me. Whitelighter: We need to act quickly before this escalates any worse than it is now. We can’t risk exposure. Piper: Don’t worry we’re on it. We just need to get Paige and put our heads together. Phoebe: Ah just like old times. Piper: Alright that’s enough. We gotta go.(Piper takes Phoebe’s hand and throws a teleportation potion on the floor smashing the glass and releasing the potion sending them back to the Manor in a cloud of smoke.)INT. Halliwell Manor – Foyer – Day(Piper and Phoebe teleport into the foyer of the Manor)Phoebe: You know you’re right. Piper: About what?Phoebe: This all does seem familiar; I just can’t put my finger on it. Piper: We’ll worry about it later. You get started with the book. I’ll call Paige. Phoebe: Okay.(Piper dials Paige’s number. It rings a few times before Paige answers.)Paige: Hello?Piper: Paige! Hey look. I’m sorry and all but we need you over here as soon as possible. Paige: Oh sounds serious. What’s up?Piper: Well at around four this morning the heavenly alarms went off alerting us to demonic threat. Except it’s spreading like wild fire in the city. Paige: You don’t say. Piper: Well could you possibly sound more concerned? I mean this could cause exposure. Paige: Oh I wouldn’t worry about it considering…. Piper: Considering what?INT. Henry’s Car – Front Seat - Day(Paige is in the front passenger seat. Henry is driving and the new borns are asleep buckled in their car seats. The car itself seems to be on the Golden Gate Bridge. We slowly zoom out as we start to see traffic jams a car pile up and we go further out outside of the bridge where we see what all the fuss is about. A giant rock as tall as the bridge itself and practically as wide as the river has sprouted from the Bay. The water surrounding it ripples violently as though it had just crashed there.)Paige: Because a giant rock just came out of no where and is now making itself the center of attention on the Bay Bridge that’s why. Piper: What?! I don’t get it. Paige: Rock. Big bigger than the Statue of Liberty is resting next to the Bay Bridge. What do not you understand?Piper: What I don’t understand is what its doing there and what it has to do with anything I am telling you. Paige: Look. I will be there as soon as I can but I can’t just orb out of this car with thousands of people around me. Piper: Alright but hurry. Paige: Yes mom.(They hang up and Paige takes a deep breath as Henry rests a hand on her lap. They smile at each assuring that everything will be okay.)Henry: So time to save the world again?Paige (smiling): That’s yet to be determined. That was Piper. She and Phoebe have picked up demonic activity and if it was put onto a meter it would be through the roof right now.(Suddenly out of nowhere an impatient man who had been just cars away fed up with waiting has somehow weaved his way through the pack of cars and WHACK! CRASH! He collides into a car 3 lanes over from Paige and Henry. Everything begins to go in slow motion as both Paige and Henry turn to see a car roll into the air in their direction. By no means can this have happened at the speed the man was traveling.)(But sure enough the car collides with immense force into Paige and Henry’s vehicle and the car swerves like lightning and crashes through the cemented barrier separating them from falling into the bay. Henry’s face ricochets off of the steering wheel. Paige in a moment of panic cringes back but is slammed head first into her passenger window. The children unharmed begin to scream faces quickly becoming red. Holding her head the air and sound seems to have escaped her. She struggles to make sense of what’s happened her children’s cries muffled hysteria settling in. Paige looks over at Henry who is slumped over the wheel lifeless. She slouches over to feel a pulse. She feels one strong he’s merely unconscious.)(She breathes a sigh of relief and turns to the babies in the backseat and tries to shush them. Already men are rushing to their aid. As Paige tries to wake Henry she catches a glimpse of something from the massive stone resting in the water just yards away from them. The stone appears to be breathing as something is thrashing around inside. Suddenly she feels herself being tugged out of the car and sees Henry being dragged away. The babies still crying are waiting with an older woman and Paige rushes to them. Henry is laid next to her.)(Finally the muffled sound of car horns alarms the wind in the Bay screams of panic all rush into Paige at once and even now as we the audience see and hear all this we can feel her panic as she nestles her children closer to her tears streaming down her face she sees the man who caused the crash being lifted from his car apparently dead.)INT. Halliwell Manor – Sun Room – Day(Piper is checking on the boys who are asleep in the sun room apparently tuckered out from playing. Their hair a little matted and both with their own teddies nestled over their bodies. We follow her the camera just peering over her shoulder as if she were framing the bottom right hand corner of the screen and pushes open the kitchen door where we see Phoebe flipping through the pages of the Book of Shadows.)INT. Halliwell Manor – Sun Room – DayPiper: What exactly are you looking for?Phoebe: I don’t know… This might sound a little out there but all of this seems to be so familiar. Piper: Care to elaborate?Phoebe: That’s just it. I don’t know where this all fits in. Demonic activity rising even with the Underworld in non existence people mysteriously dying-Piper: Wait what are you talking about? Who died?Phoebe: Mrs. Henderson just down the street. Piper: And what does she have to do with any of this?Phoebe: She was found this morning dead cold on her front lawn scorch marks everywhere. Piper: What?! How could we not have known any of this? What good is being the rulers of heavens if we can’t do any good with it?Phoebe: I recall you saying the same thing just days after we received our witchy powers. Piper: And I still agree on some level with that statement but what good are we if we can’t watch over our own damn neighborhood?Phoebe: Piper there’s more. Piper: Should I sit down or shall you just knock me over with it all at once?(Phoebe motions her to sit across from her at the island in the kitchen and Piper does so.)Phoebe: I spoke with one of the whitelighters after we came back this morning. I didn’t want to bring it up while you were with the boys as you haven’t had much time with them. But the whitelighter I spoke with told me she was not only a future whitelighter but she was also to meet her newly assigned whitelighter today. Piper: So are you trying to tell me that our whitelighters are slacking off?Phoebe: No that’s not what I am saying. Piper: Than what?Phoebe: She was killed just moments before she was supposed to meet him. And judging by the crime photos it seemed planned. Piper: Where did you get crime photos?Phoebe: From Santa.(Piper gives her an awkward confused look)Phoebe: From Darryl who else? He emailed them to me this morning. That’s how I found out about all this. Piper: Alright so what we know is this is somehow all familiar but something’s don’t fit into place and even with this new knowledge we still are in the dark about what’s going on?Phoebe: Isn’t it amazing when all the parts of our brains work as one?Piper: I’m serious. Phoebe. What are we going to do about this?Phoebe: I’m still trying to figure that out.(She turns a page in the book drops her hand on a page and is hit hard with a premonition. Its numerous fast images as if her premonitions were still new. Not in color and not completely obvious. She sees a flash of her and Piper looking worried in the kitchen from the past another flash of Piper and Leo meeting her and Prue at P3 next flash is what looks like some man in suit and her sitting on the couch but the images are from behind so she cant see his face and the final image is a barren wasteland with what looks like unstable lightning flashing in the distance and a horse rising into her vision which appears to be on fire and SNAP premonition over)Piper: Phoebe?Phoebe: I….. I…..(A scream from Chris and Wyatt ring out from the sunroom and they rush to see what’s going on. They dash into the Dining Room just in time to see a demon fly backward from the sunroom and crash into a billow of flame as he is stabbed in the back by a wall lamp. They rush into the sunroom to find Wyatt with his force field up protecting him and his brother. Eight demons all trying to attack them. In a panic Piper starts blowing them up one by one. Some of them shimmer away. She knocks off four of them the other half nowhere to be found. Wyatt drops his shield and he and Chris turn to their mother for comfort. She scoops them up in to her arms and rocks them. Phoebe sits down beside them trying her best to help Piper calm them down as the other four demons shimmer back into the room.)Piper: Wyatt!(Sensing his mother’s intuition his shield goes back up and the demons again are blocked from attacking them. Piper’s eyes well up in rage and tears as she sets her boys back down next to their Aunt and steps through the shield and in one swift motion she summons all of her strength and fuels it into one blast before the demons can attack. They all explode simultaneously. Phoebe looks on in shock as to what she just witnessed.)Phoebe: Piper?Piper: Phoebe…Phoebe: We need to hurryPiper: I know…Phoebe: We should get the boys to Magic School where it’s safe. Piper: And how long will that take?Phoebe: Piper we need to figure this out and its best your boys are out of harms way. Piper: You’re right and at the same time just when we think things re under control as screwed up the sounds we’re right back to where we are. Fighting demons and putting our children in harms way. Phoebe: Piper we’re going to figure this out. Now clean yourself up and I’ll get the boys ready. We don’t want to alarm anyone at the school. Piper: You’re right. I’ll go get ready.(She turns to go up the stairs before stopping and turning back around.)Piper: Wait you had a premonition. What was it? Anything useful?Phoebe: More like useless. It was all a bunch of flashing images and I think it was jammed like I wasn’t getting everything. Piper: Jammed? Like on the fritz?Phoebe: No more like it was cable internet squeezing through a phone line and getting cut off. Piper: So someone could be trying to jam our connections to the world around us and being able to cause all this mayhem. Phoebe: Whatever it is it’s doing a bang up job of it.(Piper looks at her children as they have finally calmed down and have passed out from the all the commotion in Phoebe’s lap. She turns away and walks towards the stairs. Phoebe watches her as she strokes a hand on each of the boy’s heads.)INT. Magic School – Day(Billie is pacing in front of a seated student in Leo’s Office. The student a classic rebel slouches in the chair watching her his smug face subconsciously smirking her thoughts.)Billie: That was some bang up job you did in class today. Student: Yeah and what do you think you’re going to do about it?Billie: What do I think?(She rounds on him slamming her fists down on the arms of the chair her face right up in his he doesn’t even flinch. The light from the window nearly blocks all features of their faces as they are silhouetted for a moment in conversation)Billie: I think after that stunt you pulled back there. I should expel your punk ass. Student: Oh really? And you have that power now do you?Billie: Don’t talk to me about power Jacob. Courtney had to be sent home due to the horrific trauma you caused her after pinning her to the wall with a stuffed animated tiger.(The scene becomes no longer silhouetted and we see Billie lean back on the desk)Jacob: Oh come on it’s not like I made it eat her or something. Billie: That’s hardly the point. You were both supposed to be practicing defenses against attacks. What did you hope to accomplish when she simply used a roll of toilet paper in her telekinetic attempt?Jacob: Throw her off balance?Billie: Yeah I bet. But understand this. You ever do that again in my classroom and so help me-Jacob: Headmaster!(The camera turns and we see Leo walk into the room in his headmaster garb.)Leo: Billie mind explaining?Billie: Leo not now. I am in the middle of punishing my student. Leo: Billie can you come with me for a moment?Billie: Leo. I said-Leo: Now.(She is somewhat startled by his cold reaction and walks out of his office into the hallway and Leo closes the door behind them)Leo: Billie do you mind telling me what this is all about?Billie: Leo this has nothing to do with you. He needs to be dealt with. Leo: By threatening him?Billie: I wasn’t going to hurt him. Leo. I was simply giving him a dramatic ultimatum. Leo: Oh really? And what was his crime?Billie: He scared the hell out of my student. Courtney. We were practicing what I had been teaching them and he went over the line when he animated that stuffed tiger into pinning her down to the floor!Leo: That does sound pretty bad. But still threatening him like that-Billie: I wasn’t threatening him Leo. Leo: Alright dramatic ultimatum. But to a parent it could come across as a threat. Let me handle him you should get back to your students. You don’t want someone to think you’re neglecting your students.(Billie gives in realizing the truth in his words nods and walks away down the hall. Leo opens his office door and steps in closing it behind him. He turns to Jacob and steps to his desk and takes a seat in his chair. Leo smiles at Jacob for a few moments and starts laughing. Jacob joins in.)Jacob: I can’t believe she bought it. Leo: I know. What a blonde!(Suddenly Leo morphs into the form of another student the real identity of the person who had just been talking down to Billie.)Jacob: This is too much pretty soon she’s gonna crack under pressure. Student: It won’t be long now. Jacob: here’s hoping. EXT. Giant Stone – Altar – Day(The Horsemen have gathered on the Stone and now reveal their faces. In doing so the hoods now pulled back; reveal not only their faces but their necks. On their necks are tattoos the symbol of the Omega. The red horseman turns to the rest and clasps his hands together.)Red Horseman: It’s almost time. END OF ACT ONEACT TWOEXT. Halliwell Manor – Attic – Day(We pan along the sidewalk of the Halliwell Manor as Phoebe’s voice-overs the frame.)Phoebe: Crystals?Piper: CheckINT. Halliwell Manor – Attic – Day(Piper and Phoebe are gathering supplies for any further demon attacks in the manor. Wyatt and Chris are again passed out snuggled together with their bears on a make shift bed of quilts and pillows. They are surrounded by an active crystal cage to protect them from any harm.)Piper: Do you have the explosive potion which causes to break out in pustules on contact?Phoebe: Ten in fact. All set and ready to go. Piper: Good because after this morning any demon or other evil thing that walks its ass into this house certainly wont be walking out again. Phoebe: At least not with their legs right?Piper: That’s the plan. Phoebe: Have you called Paige yet?Piper: No why?Phoebe: Because it’s been over an hour and we haven’t heard anything since. Piper: I’m sure she’s fine-(Piper’s cell phone goes off)Piper: Speak of the devil-(She opens her phone and puts it to her ear.)Piper: Paige hey where are you? Cause… Oh my God are you serious? Are you okay? What about the girls?(Phoebe’s face twists in Panic)EXT. San Francisco Memorial – Emergency Room Entrance – DayPaige: The girls are fine but they’re being checked for any signs of concussion and Henry is in having his head checked for possible pressure on his skull. Piper: Okay do you need one of us to come get you? Scratch that. I’m coming now. Paige: No. I can orb. I just. I’m really scared. Piper.(Paige’s voice is quivering full of fear)Piper: Yeah well if anything happens to Henry or my nieces then someone’s going to have the biggest lawsuit on them so fast it’ll make their head spin. Paige (stammers a laugh): Thank you. I’ll be home soon. Piper: Alright but if you need me just call and either Phoebe or I will come and get you. Paige: I’ll be okay. Piper: Alright love you. Paige: Love you too.(Paige wipes her eyes and packs away her cell phone into her purse making her way uneasily back through the doors of the hospital as we slowly zoom out and turn to the left to see the Forbidden Witch from the start of the episode watching from a small garden in the entrance of the hospital.)Forbidden Witch: Orbing?INT. Halliwell Manor – Attic – DayPhoebe: What the hell is going on out there?Piper: I don’t know but whatever it is its getting worse. We almost lost a sister. Phoebe: I still say something about all this feels familiar. Piper: I hate being in the dark in the middle of chaos. Phoebe: Okay. Piper you need to hold it together. This is no time to lose it. Piper: Alright… we need to get to work. Did you find anything else in the Book of Shadows?Phoebe: No nothing.(Her hand touches a page in the book and she is thrust into another premonition. She sees the first atomic bomb going off scenes of Hitler’s Reign on Germany. The World Trade Center crumbling to the ground the Y2K scandal and finally the black mare on fire rearing high into the air the barren wastelands behind it and WHAM she is thrust back to reality)Piper: Another premonition?Phoebe: Yeah it was a little different than the last one. But that horse the one I mentioned on our way up here. I saw it again. Piper: Did I ever tell you how sadistic your visions are?Phoebe: Yeah tell me about it. All I saw was stuff that affected the world like what we might be dealing with isn’t just isolated here that other stuff is going on around the world. Piper: Wait you touched the book when you had the premonition go back a few pages.(Phoebe does so and lands on the page she touched.)Phoebe: This isn’t possible. The Source?Piper: Well that doesn’t make sense; with the Underworld gone there isn’t any way for a source to be in control. Phoebe: Well it triggered it for a reason. Piper: Alright you cross reference anything to do with the Source. I’m going to get a few things from the kitchen. Phoebe: Piper wait. Take this.(She hands her one of the explosive potions.)Phoebe: Just in case.(Piper motions aye aye and takes off towards the stairs as Phoebe starts searching the Book again)INT. Magic School – Classroom – Day(Billie is sitting at her table grading papers as Leo walks in. Billie looks up scowls at him and goes back to grading.)Leo: Something I said?Billie: No. Leo: Okay then what was that look for?Billie: What look? This one?( Billie just looks back down at the papers pretending to ignore him but Leo puts his hand down on the papers blocking her pen.)Leo: Billie what’s going on?Billie: Well let’s see. First. I try to be authoritive and then you turn around and make me out to be someone who has no say in the way I discipline my students and oh yeah did I mention how much of a slap in my face that was?Leo: Did I miss something?Billie: Okay you know what? I don’t have time for this. Look if you want to be all bad ass headmaster and make me out to be a bad guy then fine but I have papers I need to grade as progress reports are due tomorrow. Leo: Billie. I-Billie: Not now Leo. Leo: Alright clearly something’s upset you and I apparently did it but in all fairness I have no idea what you’re talking about. Billie: What are you talking about? Leo you stopped me in your office this morning when I was disciplining a student. Leo: That’s impossible. Billie. Billie: Oh so I suppose I’m lying now?Leo: No what I’m saying is it’s impossible for me to have been in my office this morning as I was covering a teacher’s class due to a death in the family. Billie: Wait you’re serious? Aren’t you?Leo: Yes so whoever was in my office with you was not me. Billie: That scum!(She slams her pen down and marches from behind the desk to the door opens it in anger and makes her way down the long hall to the library where study hall was being held. He exits the room after him and hangs back until they have gone into the office.)Billie: Jacob. I’m only going to ask you once and I expect an honest answer or else you’re looking at 3 weeks suspension and an F on your progress report which will severely drop your GPA down. So if that means anything to you I suggest you answer my question with nothing less than the truth. Jacob: Alright…I will. Billie: The Headmaster informs me he was covering a teacher’s class this morning and how convenient he seems to appear just as I was disciplining you. Why do you suppose that is?Jacob: I…I…uh…Billie: Well?(Suddenly the office door opens and in walks Leo)Jacob: I don’t know what you’re talking about. Billie: Jacob the Headmaster just explained this all to me. I’m not going to be toyed with like this. I am your teacher and I don’t need to remind you who is standing in this room with us right now. Leo: What exactly did I explain to you?Billie: You told me you were covering a class this morning and couldn’t have been here at all. Leo: I did?(In walks Leo glamoured as the student)Leo as Brian: It was me. I glamoured and got him out of it. Leo: Brian. I don’t think this is the right place to discuss this. Leo as Brian: Actually it is. You see I thought I could help him out by using my powers. I guess it’s true what they say personal gain and all. I’m sorry.(Billie starts to catch on when she catches a scared look from the fake Leo. It seems that Brian glamoured into Leo and Leo into Brian!)Billie: Alright you both have a week’s detention but right now I suggest you go back to study hall. Jacob. Headmaster Wyatt… will escort you there to make sure you don’t get into any further trouble. Jacob: Yes ma’am.(Jacob and Leo leave the room leaving her and Brian alone. Suddenly Brian glamour’s back into Leo and he stands there smiling)Billie: So how did you figure it out so fast?Leo: Surveillance. Billie: What?! Where?!Leo: No. I’m kidding. I caught the real Brian glamour into me on my way here. So I used the spell the sisters wrote and glamoured into Brian. Billie: That’s why you’re headmaster always a step ahead of the game. Leo: Well now that that crisis is over. I can actually talk to you about what I came to your classroom about. Billie: What is it?Leo: According to Phoebe and Piper the demonic activity is rising across the city and it’s raised my concerns about the school. Billie: You think it’s someone here causing it?Leo: No more like I am afraid it could reach its way into the school. Billie: That would be suicide what with the newer and more improved protections on the school. Leo: Well it didn’t stop them attacking my family back at the Manor. Billie: Oh my gosh. Is everyone alright?Leo: Yeah but right now. Paige is at the hospital with Henry and the kids. There was a bit of crash on the bridge. So far Paige is alright but she’s scared something might have happened to Henry. Billie: This is crazy! I bet it was one of the students. I mean it wouldn’t be the first time that’s happened right?Leo: That’s one more thing I needed to speak with you about. Billie: So you really think it’s a student? Who do you think it is? I’ve discussed it with some of the other staff as well as Piper and I think I’ve come to a temporary solution until Piper and her sisters figure out how to deal with the situation at hand. Billie: This doesn’t have anything to do with a bomb shelter does it?Leo: No more like a lockdown of the school and we evacuate.(Suddenly there is a giant quaking and the room jitters violently throwing Leo and Billie down to the floor. Shots of the classes and Library as they experience the same)INT. Halliwell Manor – Attic – DayPiper: So did you find anything?Phoebe: Okay that horse I mentioned the one that was lit on fire its in the book. Piper: So what are we dealing with? Demonic Horse Tamer?Phoebe: No more like hierarchy demons. Except it’s uncertain to which group it is. Piper: You lost me. Phoebe: The horse is called a Night-Mare. Night-Mares are beings from the astral plane which are summoned by demons in the hierarchy to help them in their work. Be it traveling there or using them to cause the havoc. Piper: But nothing was ever mentioned anywhere in any news reports. Phoebe: Yes that’s because when whom or whatever is riding them they are cloaked. They are also known to cloak and block any type of good magic from discovering them. Piper: So who ever it is is obviously pretty powerful. Are you sure it’s not the Demon of Chaos?Phoebe: Pretty sure as she doesn’t have the power to affect anything globally. Whoever it is they’ve been planning this for a while now. San Francisco Memorial – Ward – Day(Paige is standing next to Henry’s bed as the doctor explains everything to her.)Paige: So what you’re telling me is he’s going to be okay?Doctor: Yes there is no sign of any brain or skull damage present. Paige: But he has to stay here for the next two nights? Are you sure?Doctor: With the way his head struck the steering wheel Mrs. Matthews he is pretty lucky to be alive. He will be well kept after I promise. Paige: Okay. Can I see him now?Doctor: Of course but keep it short he needs his rest for his tests in the morning. Paige: Thank you.(The doctor leaves. Henry is laid out on his hospital bed eyes closed but he opens them when he hears the door open. Seeing Paige he smiles and softly pats a spot next to him on the bed. Paige tries to hold back any tears but they seem to find a way to streak down the cheeks of her face as she sits down on the bed beside him and curls up next to him resting her head on his chest.)Henry: How ya holding up kiddo?Paige: Oh please your head wasn’t hurt that bad. Henry: I don’t know maybe you can kiss it better for me.(Paige leans up and places a soft kiss on his lips as he embraces her.)Henry: Paige. I need you to do something for me. Paige: Henry please don’t-Henry: No please. I need you to make sure that if anything happens to any of us our children are safe. Paige: You got it tin man.(Henry smiles and brushes a tear from her cheek. They embrace briefly before Paige departs.)Paige: I need to go. Henry: You be careful. Paige: You betchya.(She waves goodbye and exits the room. Momentarily she begins walking down the hallway before she’s suddenly thrust into the wall as a giant earth quake rips through the hospital ward. The lights flicker and people begin to panic.)INT. Halliwell Manor – Attic – Day. Phoebe: Alright. Paige hasn’t responded to my calls yet. What did Leo have to say?Piper: Well he and Billie are gathering the students to be evacuated. Apparently with everything going on in the city they are afraid of anything possibly happening to the students. But we got disconnected. Phoebe: That’s not good. So does he know where they are going to evacuate to?Piper: Well that’s where we come in. Phoebe: What do you mean “we”?Piper: Well we’re going to help Leo transport all of the students and staff to a place in the heavens until the problem is fixed. Bay Bridge – Day(The giant rock in the bay has begun to vibrate with life reeking earthquakes throughout the city. The waters in the bay splash violently as if threatening to tidal wave themselves. From a far zoomed out widescreen shot of the bay we zoom in fast and are now atop the stone where the horsemen have begun the ritual.)Red Horseman: We the Horsemen call unto thee the blackness of the cosmos the sacred balance restore now what was lost. Magic School – Library – Day(We fade in from black as we do an overhang view of the crowds of people. Robed whitelighters and students throughout the room are awaiting the signal for the evacuation. Insert cross fade shots of the classrooms as teachers appear to be informing students as to the events outside of the school. We cut back to Leo. Billie. Piper and Phoebe in Leo’s office as they are discussing what the possibilities are for the events happening in the outside world.)Leo: Well. I am with Phoebe on this one it all does seem familiar. But how I don’t know. Phoebe are you sure you can’t remember anything else from the premonitions?Phoebe: What I told you already is everything I could pull from them. But the fact I can’t remember anything as to how this all ties into something from the past tells me it has something to do with the Night-Mares jamming good magic. Piper: Well as far as I know we haven’t experienced a level of demonic activity like this at all. People around the city are freaking out. Billie: Wait a minute; I think I have an idea.( She rushes to Leo’s bookshelf and begins skimming for a volume among the shelves.)Leo: What are you looking for. Billie?Billie: I remember going through your books for some ideas on studies for my class and I came across something in one of your history volumes. Leo: Okay but that still doesn’t tell us what you’re looking for. Piper: Yeah. I hardly think now is the time to work up a study plan. Billie: No not that there was some information that relates to what’s going on. Wait. Phoebe you did say something about the atom bomb correct?Phoebe: Yeah but I don’t think this is the works of Alchemists or some science experiment. Billie: No but the atom bomb was brought about by the influence of demons who blended in with mortals. Piper: Okay go on. Billie: Aha! Found it!(She grabs hold of a thick volume and rejoins them skimming the pages.)Leo: So you think what was influencing mankind is doing it again?Billie: Yes and it was said that a group of extremely high level demons were each given specific roles in the way the world lives out its life. Piper: Wait a minute hold on. Now I’m with Phoebe this is all sounding familiar. Only thing is. I can’t put my finger on it. Billie: Hold it. I think I got it.(Billie holds the book open to a similar depiction of the painting we saw in the office of the Four Horsemen from 2x21 “Apocalypse Not”. It is only familiar to the viewer.)Billie: The Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse sound familiar?Phoebe: I don’t know let me see that.(Billie hands Phoebe the book and the moment her hands touch the image in the history book she is once again thrown into a premonition. Now more vivid and uncut in its imagery. We see the original horsemen working with Piper and Phoebe to get back War and Prue from one of the twelve astral planes the Source vanquishing them and what appears to be the new recruitments using stolen memory dust from a fallen whitelighter turned Darklighter.)Darklighter: I serve the Omega with my life. War: Do you have what we need?Darklighter: I do my liege.(Holds out a glowing bag of memory dust small orbs dance around the bag.)War: Well done.(The premonition continues as we see the horsemen using the dust in a ritual that erases almost everything in memory of their name. We see them gathered on the giant stone casting the ritual to resurrect the underworld the city in earth quakes the car crash on the bay bridge. Henry slamming his head on the steering wheel. And we see something that was never shown to us in the beginning of the episode. The green robed Horsemen cloaked nearby apparently responsible for casing the accident. WHAM premonition over.)(Phoebe covered in cold sweat now lies on the floor knuckles white still clutching the book the power of the premonition has knocked her off her feet. Piper helps her up.)Piper: Phoebe? Oh my God are you okay?Phoebe: No no I’m not. We’re in big trouble.(Bright white orbs appear and in pops Paige.)Paige: I got your messages. So does anyone want to tell me what the hell is going on out there?Phoebe: Hell on Earth. Paige: What?Phoebe: I’ll explain. But first. Piper. Leo. Billie you need to evacuate the school now. Paige and I will be along shortly. Piper: Phoebe what are we up against?Phoebe: Look just go with them now please. We will meet up with you. Piper: Alright you heard the woman. Go!(Piper starts shooing them out leaving Phoebe and Paige in the room alone.)Paige: What the hell is going. Phoebe?Phoebe: The crash on the bridge it was a set up. Paige: Do you mean to tell me some low life demon tried to execute me my husband and two infant children?Phoebe: Yes and no. Paige: Yes and No?Phoebe: The demon who caused the attack was by far no where near low level. He was one of the Horsemen of the Apocalypse. And this isn’t the first time they have made their appearance. Paige: Okay. I’m seriously not getting any of this.(Phoebe in a moment of fear and panic grabs Paige’s hands and thrusts the images and memories into her brain. She learns everything from the past the fact they had to make a choice to almost sacrifice Prue why everything in the last few years had happened everything makes sense.)Paige: We’re in big trouble. Phoebe: We need to get the boys and girls to safety. Coop is already wrangling up the last of the cupids and everyone is going into lockdown until we can stop them. Paige: So how do we stop them?Phoebe: We can’t. Paige: How did you stop them last time?Phoebe: We didn’t the Source was the only one who had the power and privilege to be able to vanquish them and recruit another team. Paige: We are so screwed. Phoebe: Not yet follow me. INT. Magic School – Library – Day(Piper. Leo and Billie are all waiting with students and whitelighters as we see Paige and Phoebe enter the room.)Piper: Alright so we ready to do this?Phoebe: Not just yet we need to bring the children up with us as well. Piper: Alright. I’ll go. Paige: Right behind you.(Piper and Phoebe exit in a swirl of orbs off to the nursery.)Leo: You do know you can’t vanquish them don’t you?Phoebe: I know but we can at least try and stop their plans from happening. Leo: How? Even they have to be equally matched to your added Younger Powers?Phoebe: That’s why I have a plan. Leo: Yeah. I just hope it’s enough whatever it is. Phoebe: You’re not just whistling Dixie.(Piper and Paige return in a swirl of orbs the boys with their jackets and teddies and the twins all bundled in their strollers fast asleep.)Phoebe: Alright good you’re back. It’s time. Student: Where exactly are we going now?Piper: Doesn’t matter you wont remember anyways.(Students. Staff and whitelighters join hands as Piper. Phoebe. Paige. Leo and Billie clutch the children and in a glowing mass of orbs are lifted to the heavens. As soon as they leave the school a blue light explodes in the library and rushes through the school.)INT. Heavens – Day(Everyone arrives safely students look dumbfounded and the whitelighters act is if they had just broken the biggest rule in history but mention not a word of it.)Phoebe: Alright the added protection on the school should keep anything from getting in but right now we need to make sure that everyone is safe. So when Piper and Paige and I orb back out of the heavens the same added protection will set its self here too. Piper: Ok whoa hey look at me please Yeah but we still have nothing to use against them its not as though we were able to stop them before and you remember where that almost put us. Phoebe: I remember but as I told Leo I think I have a plan to at least thwart their attempts. Paige: Well let’s hear it. Phoebe: Well we can’t do it here not with the students able to hear us.(The sisters rush off to another part of the heavens well away from everyone.)Piper: Alright Phoebes what’s the plan?Phoebe: We’re going to multiply our powers. Piper: Oh no you’re joking right?Phoebe: Nope. Piper: Phoebe don’t you remember the hell we went through with that spell?Phoebe: And I also recall nothing bad came of it and it’s our only shot. We can reword the spell slightly so it just multiplies our powers not our powers. Paige: Okay look. Piper past aside it’s our best option at stopping them. Besides the longer we stand here the more torment goes on down there. Piper: Alright alright. Let’s just get this over with.(The sisters all nod and take each others hands.)Ext. Bay Bridge – Altar Top – Day(Thunder claps over the bay and the sky darkens. The clouds go black as ebony the bay waters begin to hurl themselves like tidal waves and earth quakes again ripple through the city. The Horsemen hands raised to the skies continue the chant. Dark masses of smoke and fire like essences begin to emanate from the stone and rise to the sky. The clouds start swirling)Int. Heavens – Day(The sisters begin to chant)Charmed Ones: “Take our magic blessed be. Multiply its strength by Three”Ext. Bay Bridge – Altar Top – Day(The Charmed Ones arrive just a few yards away from the Horsemen. They don’t seem to notice the new company right away until the giant stone vibrates with full force. A howling like a Banshee crossed with a Wendigo rips the sound barrier in half as the stone starts to glow like fiery embers. The Charmed Ones look up and see fire shooting from skies. Dark ambient music rises in exposition.)Int. Heavens – Day(The Students. Magic School Staff. Whitelighters. Cupids. Leo. Billie. Coop all watch through the mask of the heavens as Fire shoots down from the cosmos striking the earth sending mounds of dirt into the air.)Ext. San Francisco – Inner City – Day(People in the city run in terror. Henry hoists himself from his bed as he walks towards the window watching the events from far away. All he can see is the Bay Bridge in the far distance the giant stone starting to glow; he jumps when a ball of fire shoots past the window striking the Coy Pond in the Garden Entrance of the Hospital. He presses a hand to the window a look of fear on his face.)(The Forbidden Witch who has remained unknown to the world stands at the edge of the Bay Bridge making her way in attempts to cross it. Panicked civilians run like mad away from the bridge leaving their possessions and vehicles behind. She seems deeply intrigued at the events but doesn’t seem to be afraid.)Ext. Bay Bridge – Altar – Day(The Charmed Ones begin taking positions surrounding the Horsemen. The Horsemen make no sign of stalling. The sisters devise their plan screaming overthe howls and echoing screams of the city.)Piper: What now?!Phoebe: Power of Three Spell?!Paige: Will it be enough?!Piper: We should call on the Warren Line to amplify the spell!Phoebe: Are we ready?!All Together: READY!(The Horsemen begin to hover just above the altar as a funnel cloud of pure evil rises from the center of the altar.)Horsemen: Unlock us from the binds that hold us hear us! Amen!(Lightning strikes the altar and the funnel cloud of pure evil glows like the giant stone.)Charmed Ones: (their voices echoing like thundering gods)Prudence. Penelope. Patricia. Melinda,Astrid. Helena. Laura and Grace,Halliwell witches stand strong beside us!Vanquish this evil from time and space!(The magic bounces violently off an invisible charm blocking their magic. They look at each other fearfully and Try again)Charmed Ones: Prudence. Penelope. Patricia. Melinda,Astrid. Helena. Laura and Grace,Halliwell witches stand strong beside us!Vanquish this evil from time and space!(Their Magic bounces again but more violently almost knocking them back.)Piper: Again!Charmed Ones: Prudence. Laura and Grace,Halliwell witches stand strong beside us!(The Charmed Ones are suddenly cut off as the Horsemen drop back down to the Altar; the funnel cloud explodes into a jet of black light. It whips like a serpent rapidly and wraps itself around the exterior of the Giant Stone. A ring of fire surrounds the Horsemen their colored robs whipping in the air as the fire threatens to lick their cloth aflame. The sisters regain balance and attempt to repeat the spell again but at that moment the Horsemen are all lit in flames. They scream out in pain it appears the sisters’ attempts have finally taken hold.)(But at that moment the stone begins to lower itself down into the water. The sisters struggle to keep balance but it’s no use. The stone begins to turn faster and faster as though it is a drill. The Horsemen scream in agony flesh beginning to peel back before exploding in a burst of flames. Their screams howl with the storm and their essences rise in the air and join the funnel cloud serpent that has wrapped itself around the stone.)Paige: We did it!Piper: I can’t believe it!Phoebe: Thank you. Brianna…(The Charmed Ones feeling they have won have their hopes shattered as they see the Horseman who had been wearing the red robes rise up from the ashes of his brethren he is smeared in ash his robs in tatters. He turns facing them just in time to see Paige orb Piper and Phoebe away to safety.)(We see the stone plummet into the Bay now at jet speed. It strikes the undersea floor and vanishes taking the last horseman with it.) END OF ACT THREEACT FOURINT. Heavens – Day(The Charmed ones reunite with the rest of the group in the Heavens. Everyone relieved they are alive.)Billie: Oh my gosh you guys are okay!Piper: Everyone alright?Leo: We’re fine everything worked as we hoped it would.(He hugs Piper tightly)Piper: I don’t know three of them were vanquished but one of them survived. Phoebe: Yeah but I think we can all take comfort in the fact the Source is gone for good so there is no chance of another group of Apocalyptic Night Riders coming back to bite us in the ass anytime soon. Paige: Still. I’m with Piper. Why wouldn’t he have died if the others did?(Quick flash photography of the three sisters face – Piper. Paige. Phoebe - )INT. Wastelands – Day(The giant stone reappears within the vast fiery skies of the Wastelands and comes crashing down like a meteor to the ground. Upon impact the stone bursts apart the broken pieces taking form of demonic species they scatter and take refuge in crevices in the ground or dash for the distant mountains. The last of the Night-Mares stampede through the Wastelands like a pack of wild stallions and soon disappear back to the astral plane.)(The horseman stands there witnessing the new Underworld around him. It takes him a few moments to take it all in before gently smirking at his victory.)Cross Fade to - San Francisco Montage – Aftermath – Next Day(A News caster narrates the visuals before us)News Man: Yesterday a series of broken meteor fell from the skies though NASA is stumped as to how there was no warning of this shower’s approach to our planet.(We see scenes of people rummaging their crushed cars for anything salvageable playgrounds having repairs made home owners fixing their yard)News Man (cont.): However the city of San Francisco is working hard to repair damages and regain power to thousands of homes as soon as possible. Cross fade to – Ext. - Halliwell Manor – MorningNews Man: Tragedy struck may have with a forceful fist yesterday but we remain as strong as ever perhaps stronger now. INT. Halliwell Manor – Morning(Piper and Leo are asleep on the couch. Wyatt lies against Piper. Chris against Leo. The boy’s faces smeared in last nights celebration ice cream. Left over ice cream cartons litter the coffee table.)Cross fade to-INT. San Francisco Memorial – Morning(Paige is sitting on the edge of Henry’s bed in the hospital she hold one of the twins in her arms breast feeding her while Henry holds his other daughter who is still asleep. They smile at each other basking in their children’s goodness.)Cross fade to-INT. Coop and Phoebe’s Apartment – Morning(Phoebe and Coop still lie in bed. They face each other staring deeply into each other’s eyes. Coop strokes Phoebe’s cheek she grabs his hand softly feeling his touch now in her hand. Coop wraps an arm around her and holds her close as she buries her face into his chest.)EXT. Golden Gate Park – Morning(The new Source stands at the edge of the cliffs overlooking the bay. He watches as the mortals drive like ants across the Golden Gate Bridge. His face peeled back into a spiteful expression he speaks aloud talking to himself.)Source: You pathetic mortals you got lucky this time. But mark my words; your day of damnation is close at hand.
